Grinder Haizlip completed this 14000 sq ft interior space at the Memphis CrossTown Concourse in 80 calendar days. This is the second project GHC completed for this client. Construction couldn’t start until permit was obtained January 11, 2016 and had to complete the space for occupancy by March 31, 2016. ANF was the architect of record.

Grinder Haizlip completed this 3500 sq ft addition to Gossett Motor Cars dealership at 1901 Covington Pike. FIAT Sales will be located in this building.
Houston Levee Retail Center in Collierville
This 14,500 sq ft retail center is located at the corner of Poplar Avenue and Houston Levee. Project architect was Renaissance Group. End cap tenants are Pyros Pizza and Five Guys with five retail bays between. The different wall materials, colors, canopies and roof lines make this building one the best looking in the area.
